Specializations

I coach individuals to whole health through accountability, sustainability & a flexible approach. There is no one size fits all program. You are unique. Your life requires a plan that takes into consideration your home life, work-life, hobbies, interests and your fitness goals. Together we can develop a strategy that enables you to achieve your fitness goals and enjoy real life too! Sometimes we need to eat the cake!! I have extensive experience in coaching Cancer Survivors post treatment as they bridge the gap between treatment and returning to daily living activities with feelings of both strength and vitality.
