Subscriptions are available to all premium plans.
Step 1. To get started, log in to fitsw.com.
Step 2. From the client list, click on “Financials” on the left side of the screen and then choose “Subscriptions”.
Step 3. Once on the subscriptions page, click on “Create Subscription”. On the next page, enter the subscription name, price, and description.
Step 4. Once finished filling out the details, choose whether you’d like to use session credits. Think of session credits as a good way of tracking what the subscription is good for.
If you choose to use session credits, the amount that you input will be awarded to subscribers every time the billing cycle renews. For example, if you input “10” for your amount and choose a monthly billing cycle, then each month, subscribers will receive 10 session credits.
Step 5. We kind of gave this away in the last section, but choose the cycle you’d like for the subscription to be billed on. Your choices are:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly
Step 6. Once you have your billing cycle chosen, click submit. Now, you have created a subscription.
Once clients are logged in, they can navigate to the Financials tab in their account and purchase access to one of your subscriptions.
Additionally, prospective clients can:
- Visit your FindTrainGain profile and make a purchase from there, or they can visit your public trainer page and make a purchase from there as well.
