Forgot your password? We’ve got you covered.
Click the Forgot Password text at the bottom of the screen on the Sign-In page. (See image below.)
Once you click the Forgot Password button, a screen will appear asking you for your email address. Enter the email you wish to receive the temporary password at. (See image below.)
Once you have entered your email address and clicked OK, a screen will appear saying: “Success! Password has been sent. Check Your Email and then login with the password that was sent.”
Go to your email and follow the instructions. You will receive a new password and will now be able to login to your account.
