If you are receiving an error code when adding a client, there is a very simple solution!
If you are receiving the error code: “Add Client Unsuccessful. This email (user login) already exists” and you do not have them as a client under your account. There is a simple solution.
Your client has accidentally created a trainer account. You can ask them to delete their account as a trainer and then proceed to adding them to your client list. Otherwise, you can send your client the following link to change their account from a trainer account to a client account:
