Viewing your upcoming workouts that your personal trainer has created is easy and will only take a few seconds!
There are two ways you can view your upcoming workouts. First, you can click on the Workouts button on the top left portion of your screen. A pull-down menu will appear, you must then click on Workouts. (See image below.)
You will then be brought to a screen that will show you all of your upcoming workouts. If your trainer has granted you permission, you can also Add Workouts from this screen as well.
The second way you can view your upcoming workouts is right there in the dashboard. The workouts you must complete that day will appear in your dashboard.
