You can add exercises to our library at any time! There is no limit and you can personalize it to your own liking!
To add a new exercise to the exercise list, click on the More button in the bottom right corner of your screen. (See image below.)
Next, click the Exercise List category. (See image below.)
Next, click the + in the top right portion of your screen.
After this, you will need to enter the information about the exercise. When are finished, click Done in the top right corner of your screen.
